Welcome family and friends!

It has been a long road already that brings us here and now our wedding is just around the corner.  We have put together this website to provide additional information and details about all of the festivities. It has been so truly heartwarming to have received so much love and support already from you, our guests.  We hope you share our excitement for this phenomenal event!

Before the Big Day

Guests are asked to dress their finest as we celebrate love, family, and the future. We trust that ladies invited will find no trouble in selecting elegant evening wear. To assist gentlemen attendees, a group code has been established with Men's Wearhouse for a discount on tuxedo and suit rentals.  Fitting, pick up, and return of rentals can be made at the Men's Wearhouse location most convenice to for you.  Please ask to be added to the account for Hartman/Bidwell #5803808 to receive the group rate.

Our out of town guest are invited to book their accommodations in the Hartman/Bidwell block of rooms at the following location:

Laurel Hall is located off Emerson Way, just behind the Cathedral Campus. The street address is:

A gate code is required to enter the property: #4007.  Please note that parking is extremely limited at Laurel Hall.  Car pooling and hired transportation are strongly encouraged.  Attendants will be available to assist in arranging your transportation and providing entrance to hired drivers.

Guests are asked to arrive in advance of the ceremony's start to take their place in the upstairs Ballroom. After the heartwarming exchange of vows, guests will wait in the Grand Lobby to receive the married couple.  Light refreshments and live music will greet attendees as they gather. Dinner will be served at 8pm, followed by dancing in the Solarium.  Formerly a private residence, we invite our privileged guests to make Laurel Hall their home for the evening!
